Terms & Conditions for Service Partners
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you use the ZedGet Partner app (the "Partner App") to offer your services, receive quotation requests, send quotations, take bookings, hire or work for other partners, and get paid. Please read them carefully. By creating a partner account or using the Partner App you agree to these Terms and to our Partner Privacy Policy (www.zedgetapp.com/partner-privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Partner App.
1. Who we are
The Partner App is operated by DRAFT - ZedGet's registered business name and address ("ZedGet", "we", "us"). ZedGet runs an online marketplace that connects customers planning events with independent service providers such as caterers, decorators, photographers, pandits, DJs, makeup artists, anchors and venues ("Partners", "you").
You use the Partner App as an independent business or professional. Nothing in these Terms makes you an employee, agent or partner (in the legal sense) of ZedGet.
2. Your partner account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to run your business and enter into contracts in India.
Give us accurate details about yourself and your business, including your name, mobile number, profession, business name, service areas, experience and, where you have one, your GST number. Keep them up to date.
We may review and verify your profile and ask for documents. We may refuse, pause or remove a profile that is incomplete, misleading or does not meet our standards.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password and one-time passwords (OTPs) private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your profile and listings
Your profile, photos, packages, menus and prices must be accurate, describe services you actually provide, and be your own or used with permission.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You allow ZedGet to display, resize and use it on the Platform and to promote your services on ZedGet, for as long as it is on the Platform.
Do not include contact details, links or anything meant to move customers off the Platform in your profile, photos or quotations.
4. Quotation requests and quotations
When a customer asks for a service you offer in your area, we may send you the request. You decide whether to send a quotation.
A quotation is your offer to the customer. Make it clear and complete: the price, what is included and not included, and your cancellation terms. Once a customer accepts your quotation, it is a binding booking between you and the customer at the quoted price.
Sending quotations may use quotation credits. New partners may receive free welcome credits. Where credits are sold, the packs and prices are shown in the Partner App before you pay. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except where the law requires or we decide otherwise. DRAFT - confirm whether credits expire, and when a credit is returned (for example, if a request is cancelled before the customer sees your quotation).
5. Providing your services
Deliver each booked service as quoted, on time, with reasonable skill and care, and in a safe and lawful way.
You are responsible for your staff, equipment and materials, and for holding any licences, permits and registrations your work needs, such as FSSAI registration for food businesses.
Caterers and anyone serving food must follow food safety laws and handle, store and transport food hygienically.
If you cannot deliver a booked service, tell the customer and ZedGet as early as possible. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to your account being restricted or removed.
6. Getting paid by customers
Customers pay the amount of your accepted quotation once the event date arrives, either online through the Platform or in cash to you.
Online payments are collected through our payment partner Razorpay. DRAFT - describe how and when online booking payments are paid out to partners, and any fee or commission ZedGet deducts.
Mark a cash payment as received in the Partner App only when you actually have the money. ZedGet never holds cash payments and cannot recover them for you.
Once a booking is paid, the Platform issues an invoice using the details on your profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for your own taxes, including GST and income tax, on your earnings.
7. Jobs: hiring and working for other partners
Partners may post job requirements to hire other partners for an event, and may apply for jobs posted by others. The partner who posts the job (the "owner") and the partner who does it (the "worker") agree the work and pay between themselves through the Partner App.
The owner must pay the agreed amount once the work is done, either online through the Platform or in cash. A worker should confirm receipt only when the money has actually reached them.
ZedGet is not the employer of any worker and is not responsible for the work done or for payments made outside the Platform.
8. Your wallet and withdrawals
Online job payments made to you are credited to your ZedGet wallet. You can withdraw your balance to your own bank account or UPI ID, which must be in your name and is verified before your first withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the Partner App.
Withdrawals are paid out through Razorpay and usually reach you within DRAFT - number working days, depending on your bank.
If we refund an online job payment to the owner (for example, after a dispute) while the money is still in your wallet, the amount is deducted from your wallet. We may hold or reverse amounts linked to suspected fraud, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms while we look into it.
9. Reviews
Customers can review you after a completed booking, and owners and workers can review each other after a job. Reviews are their own opinions. We do not edit them, but we may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or break our rules.
Do not post fake reviews, offer anything in return for a review, or pressure anyone to change one.
10. Customer information
You will see customers' event details and, once booked, their contact details. Use this information only to quote for and deliver that booking. Do not share it, sell it, add it to marketing lists or contact customers for anything else.
Keep customer information secure and delete it when you no longer need it for the booking or for your legal records.
11. Rules you must follow
When using the Partner App you agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Platform for fraud or anything harmful;
- take payment for a booking made through ZedGet outside the Platform in order to avoid these Terms or our fees;
- send fake or misleading quotations, or create more than one partner account;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse customers, other partners or our staff;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform, or try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
If you break these Terms, we may warn you, hide your profile, restrict features, hold payments as described above, or suspend or close your account.
12. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for the services you provide and for any loss, injury or damage they cause. You agree to cover ZedGet for claims, losses and costs that arise from your services, your content or your breach of these Terms or the law.
The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will receive any number of requests or bookings. To the extent the law allows, ZedGet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid ZedGet in the three months before the claim.
13. Ending your account
You can stop using the Partner App at any time, and delete your account in the app at the bottom of your Profile (Delete Account). You can delete it once your bookings and jobs are finished and paid, your wallet balance has been withdrawn and no food donation is in progress. Quotations customers have not accepted are withdrawn, jobs you posted that nobody is working on are cancelled, and unused quotation credits are lost.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Partner App. Where we close your account for reasons other than a breach, we will pay out your remaining wallet balance.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes we will let you know in the Partner App. If you keep using the Partner App after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any disagreement. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of DRAFT - city, state have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Contact and grievances
For questions, complaints or grievances, write to our Grievance Officer: DRAFT - name, email address and phone number. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
